We send most products within 2 working days. Non-stock items may take 7-10 working days. Orders under 2 kg are usually sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery. Order over 2 kg are usally sent by Parcelforce. Delivery surcharges may apply to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore.

International customers – most orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Some European customers can now pay VAT/duties upfront at checkout which should speed up delivery. Taxes and duties are collected via RoyalMail Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP – see link below for more details).
