Rye grain
The very highest quality organic rye grain with a low endospore count and very little dust. Suitable for food use. Due to high transport costs an additional heavy item shipping surcharge has been included in the price.
Before sterilisation we recommend adding the correct amount of hot water and leaving for 12-24 hours before sterilisation. This will germinate any heat-resistant spores before heating to make sterilisation easier.
