Camera adapter for microscope
The microscope’s field number (FN) is usually found written on the eyepieces (it is equivalent field-of-view). Usually this is between 18-22mm (e.g eyepieces with 10×20 written on them have a 10x magnification factor and a FN of 20mm).
Therefore a 1x adapter will output an image circle of 20mm x 1 = 20mm and this will cover a camera sensor of up to 20mm diagonal (such as one of our 20MP cameras).
